Technological Developments in Control Models Using Petri Nets for Smart Grids: A Review

Nowadays, energy generation systems that include renewable energies, substations, distribution, transmission, control, measurement, and storage applications, among others, are interrelated known as Smart Grids. All these techniques technologies involve extensive research development, which allows for the solving of key aspects, such diagnosis, fault recovery, well communication focused directly on operation electrical networks. Due to relevance knowledge concerning developments in areas Grids, this paper presents a review related control applied Grids Micro both supply demand. Likewise, some models relate different processes, with special focus Petri nets. The shows, other outcomes, advances smart grids, types their influence design transmission lines, integrated circuits based sensors, technologies, automation schemes all levels network. Finally, patents from 1950 2019 Grid traced presented.
